Our reverse flighting auger channels the cement laterally to center, then to the metering auger, which discharges the cement directly into the mixing auger. The sand, gravel, admixes, and water is now added in for complete mixing and delivery from our special 9' long and 12" diameter mixing auger. Did we mention our standard cement delivery system is a hydaulically driven motor? Unless you need a three speed clutch system for Rapid Set, your mixer will have our standard hydraulic cement delivery system! We offer this for easier operation, lower maintenance and greater flexibility! Additionally, our cement delivery system is so accurate; our mixes are doing DOT Certified work all over the country! Complete use of all contents in the cement bin, hydraulically delivered cement for consistent accuracy - now that's a real advantage!
A lower Center of Gravity (CG) design that provides unparalled safety.
A low CG helps to keep the vehicle more stable when fully loaded. This is escpecially important in the kind of off-road work you may do. Our 50 degree material bin addresses the conveyor directly keeping a lower center of gravity and giving you an overall lower mixer height. Special flashing material makes the transition from bin to conveyor belt, and is easily inspected for wear. You will discover this also keeps a clean conveyor chain! And because of a steeper bin wall, you will have a much less chance of material bridging problems! Compare our physical loading height to other designs - you'll see the difference. Smooth flow of materials, a lower material refilling height and increased safety - sound good?
Our high/low field adjustable discharge rate of 60/30 cubic yards per hour is a standard feature.
Please note that our machine works as perfectly at 60 cubic yards per hour as it does at 30 cubic yards per hour. You can make this delivery rate modification easily in the field for your smaller jobs if you desire. Make sense? Yes, our whole unit is designed to be truly operator and application friendly!
